Clef different to the start doesn't appear when dragging it onto bar space

1. Open attached score.
2. Drag a treble clef 8va onto the second bar (not the notes).

Desired result: The treble clef 8va appears, moving notes down an octave in appearance.
Actual result: A treble clef appears and the notes do not move.

Workaround: Drag the treble clef 8va onto the note.

Using MuseScore 1.1 and 2.0 Nightly Build (4955) - Mac 10.6.8.
