[Trunk] Not all ties added after changing time signature involving note value that exceeds bar, playback causes crash

1. Open score .
2. Drag a 3/4 time signature on the first bar.

Expected result: All the notes are tied.
Actual result: Only the notes in the first bar are tied.

3. Play.

Result: Crash.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4959) - Mac 10.6.8.

I think it is single notes that expand the bar - might not be though.

I'm attaching a score double-dotted note (created in 1.1).
