gp5 central european char handling

Importation of gp5 files with chars encoded as central European (Windows 1250) results in improper character conversion /display. I'm assuming the files I'm dealing with were output by guitar pro 5 not 6 as exporting to gp5 from 6 corrects the import issue (chars are then Unicode) in MuseScore (at least on my system). I've attached a sample file with said char encoding.
