"Show More" in palettes has no effect

Selecting the "???"/"Show More" icons in palettes having it, hase no effect, except for Clefs, where it opens the Master Palette for clefs

Windows 7, 292a8d9, but not introduced by this commit, I've noticed it a bit earlier already, not sure since exactly when
