I can't reproduce.

  1. Open attached score -> OK
  2. Click on first crotchet. -> OK
  3. Type any note key, except B --> I typed E on the keyboard, the tie is gone and MuseScore is in note entry mode
  4. Drag the second crotchet. --> I can't drag since I'm in note entry mode, it's normal. If I press Esc, I can drag the second note without problem.

Sorry, missed one step - thanks ;).

1. Open attached score.
2. Click on first crotchet.
3. Type any note key, except B.
4. Disable 'Note Entry'.
5. Drag the second crotchet.

confirmed (in WinXP SP3), sort of: I can drag it, but as I let lose it jumps back to where it was. But it sounds as if it had been moved!
This seems a serious corruption to me -> critical

Thanks Jojo-Schmitz.

Yes, you can drag it, but it'll jump back to where it was. When you click the note, it'll sound the last note it was dragged it to. It won't sound upon playback.

Also try these additional steps for (possibly) another bug:

6. Enable 'Note Entry'.
7. Add another crotchet.
8. Disable 'Note Entry'.
9. Play from the beginning.
10. Undo.
11. Play from the beginning.

Result: The note removed from undo can still be heard.
