[mac] Shortcuts defined for plugins not persistent

1/ Define a shortcut for a plugin
2/ Use it in the current session : ok
3/ Close the session
4/ Open the same (or a new) session : bug : the shortcut doesn't work. Btw, It appears in the Plugin manager and in the Plugin menu. The bug occurs with any plugin.
