Playback range does not consider octave markings

  1. Open file attached: "Playable range with octave markings.mscz"
  2. Notice the yellow and red notes

Expected behavior: 8va and other octave markings should affect whether the note is marked as a playable range (all notes in measures 8-9 should be red).

Actual behavior: 8va and other octave markings are ignored by the playable range algorithm.
