[Trunk] Differing grace notes produce the same result

ver.1.1. has several buttons for different kinds of grace notes (quarter note, 16th note, crossed 16th note, 32nd note...). All of them work as they should.

ver. 2.0 (as for r.5228) has all these buttons, but all of them produce the crossed 16th note.

However, 2.0 recognises the different kinds of grace notes of 1.1.
