As AL::division equals 480 (5*3*2*2...), tuplet calculations suffer from rounding errors for tuplets with a fraction denominator of 7 or higher. This results in incorrect divisions values and spurious (small) forward elements.

Does not lead to visible issues when importing in either Finale, MuseScore or Sibelius.
Has been present forever, nobody complained.
Is not easy to fix.
-> postpone until 2.0.
