[trunk] Split the instrument.xml files in two files for localization

In order to make instruments.xml more easily localizable, we should split the file in two.
* one file is the base, all instruments, in english
* second file, language dependent, can add instruments that are locale dependent

The instruments.xml should be improved with tablatures, drumsets, aeolus settings and per instrument articulation, sysex...
