You can add the instrument "Triangle" to get a one line percussion staff. Or create one yourself with Fromat->Staff Types.
A predefined one line percussion staff is not immediate usable als you also have to define a drum map. So i think first method is most useful.
It was just the entry name (I think) in 'Stave Properties...' I was concerned with - I think I know that it's possible to create a one-line percussion staff :).
I'm thinking whether there should be a redesign overall of certain things.
