[MusicXML] [Trunk] Drum note on the incorrect line
1. Open attached MusicXML.
Expected result: The drum note is on the note B.
Actual result: The drum note is on the note F.
Discussion: I've also attached the original MSCZ. Finale NotePad 2012.r1 is the same (different note, however). It displays correctly in MuseScore 1.1 and Harmony Assistant 9.6.2.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (5343) - Mac 10.6.8.

It looks like in the trunk, one line staff is represented with the top line instead of the central line and it causes issue with the notes but also for the multimeasure rests.
Just checked, MakeMusic's percussion.xml sample (see //www.makemusic.com/musicxml/tutorial/unpitched-notes ) does not import correctly into the current trunk either.
Note that 1.2 is better: drums are imported correctly, cowbell is incorrect.
