Template crashes if key signature is selected

  1. Create a new score for Bb Trumpet
  2. Click on key signature to select it
  3. Save the file in the MuseScore "Templates" folder
  4. Create a new score from your template

MuseScore crashes (r.1723, Windows XP)

If the key signature is not selected when you save the template then MuseScore does not crash.

The crash is also reproducible on linux. On linux the reason for the crash is insufficients rights for reading the template file. The new version gives an error message for this case. Also the permissions for saved files are changed. The scores can now be read by all and written only by owner.
I cannot reproduce the bug on windows so i hope its fixed there also.
