Please attach a score showing the issue, along with an explanation what you expect and what you get instead.
Are you really using ties (Haltebögen, +, only work between adjacent notes of the same pitch and sound like one note of the combined length) or rather slurs (Bindebögen, s, for these the playback is not always reflecting how to should sound for a given instrument)?
There is a Support Forum, available also in German, here in the issue tracker the lingua franca is English though.
