Crash when tying grace note to normal note

1) Create piano score from template
2) Write a C 1/4 note
3) Write a G and a C grace notes before it (no matter which kind of grace note)
4) Tie the second grace note (the C) to the C 1/4 note.
5) Crash

Related non critical bug:

If all three notes are the same (eg. 3 C's), it doesn't crash. But if you want to tie the 2nd grace note and the 1/4 note, the program ties the 1st grace note and the 1/4 note (skipping the middle note).

Confirmed, thanks :).

Will simplify it.

1. Open 'Issue 1'.
2. Select the second grace note.
3. 'Tie'.

Result: Crash.

I think it's probably more elaborate than the title suggests, though (something to do with multiple grace notes, perhaps). Here's another one:

1. Open 'Issue 2'.
2. Select the second grace note.
3. 'Tie'.

Result: Crash.
