Nudging minim right leaves dot misaligned

There are several bars where the first dotted minim in voice 2 has been nudged right to allow display of the unison semiquaver in voice 1. Sadly the dot has remained aligned where the note would have been, and is thus appearing in the middle of the minim:-

If you select the minm and enter edit mode, nudging the note brings the dot back into proper alignment, but reverts to the misaligned position on escaping edit mode.
