File > Reload shortcut should be removed
File > Reload is a usually a destructive act and it is not undoable. A shortcut increases the risk of an accidental reload by the user.
If you look at other applications you will only see a shortcut for reload (or "revert") if the action is non-destruction (for example an Internet browser) or the target audience is highly technical (for example text editors for programming).
