Most links to video tutorials in the PDF handbooks don't work

Most links to video tutorials in the local handbooks don't work, while the corresponding ones on the onlike handbooks work just fine.

MuseScore 1.2 on Windoes XP SP3 and Seven, first reported here .

One example is the very first Video tutorial. On http://musescore.org/de/handbuch/neue-partitur-erstellen and its English counterpart http://musescore.org/en/handbook/create-new-score there is a link to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0mh6m2mbVHs which works fine, in the local handbooks (at least the English and German ones) there is a link to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0mh6m2mbvhs , which does not work.
As you may see the links are identical except for 2 characters being in upper case (working, online handbook) rather than lower case (none-working, local handbook), so my strong suspicion is that the handbook generator downshifted these URLs.

It would also be a real nice feature, if the PDF handbooks (e.g. the one from http://musescore.org/en/download-handbook resp. http://mscore.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/mscore/branches/mscore-0-9-6/m… for English) could get recreated on a regular basis, so Users could download the lasted version, rather than just the version they get as part of the MuseScore package. Guess I'd need to make that a separate feature request? Or could this be done as part of fixing the broken link issue?
