Removing staff in instrument with linked staff removes time signature and bar rests and moves bar 1 into clef area
1. 'New...'.
2. At the instrument step, add guitar.
3. Click on staff.
4. 'Add Linked Staff'.
5. 'Finish'.
6. 'Instruments'.
7. Click on top staff.
8. 'Remove'.
9. 'OK'.
Result: Time signature and bar rests are missing. Bar 1 moves into the clef area.

I hope the title correctly summarises the issue?
Doing these steps now produces another result: No bar rests.
Enabling 'Note Entry' and clicking on the stave causes crash.
It seems somewhat similar to this (except it's not the linked staff I'm removing and the time signature remains): #17535: Removing linked staff removes time signature and bar rests
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (9836bad) - Mac 10.7.5.
Doing steps 1-5 results in a crash.
