Crash after create score dialogue
Just experienced this crash whilst starting a new project with 2.0 as a means of testing.
Steps to recreate
1. Open Create Score Dialogue
2. From Scratch
3. Add Organ
4. Remove Stave 3
5. Add Organ
6. Remove Staves 1 and 2 from 2nd organ part
7. Finish
Result - crash
