Repeat chord results in incomplete tied chords
1. Make any chord in note entry mode (such as a 1/2 note in 2/4 time)
2. Change the duration for the next note to whole note (7) or longer - this works for any note that will be tied after being added
3. Press R
3. Only the final tied note has the complete chord all previous "chords" are bottom note only.
Of course the expected result is that all chords would be complete.
This occurs in both 2.0.3 and 2.1

I believe this would be related to the following:
create a chord that requires a chord such as a whole note chord (2 tied 1/2 notes) in 2/4 time. Only the chord after the tie is complete, the first 1/2 note in my example only has the bottom note.
