Black note head in drum palette
1. Open attached score.
2. Click on rest.
Result: There is a black note head in the drum palette.

I can't reproduce e3d119fda9
It is not reproducible now, because of this: #17881: Drumset palette doesn't appear when not in Note Entry
I can reproduce if I'm in 'Note Entry', however.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (e3d119f) - Mac 10.7.4.
Can you give exact steps to reproduce ?
1. Open score (same as the one in the original post).
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.
3. Click on note from drum palette.
4. Click on stave.
5. 'Close'.
6. 'Don't Save'.
7. Open the score.
8. Enable 'Note Entry'.
Result: The last note you clicked on the drum palette appears in black.

Regarding the black note head, this could be related?: #17696: Entered note after changing instruments whilst in Note Entry is in Voice 4 and not where it was clicked
No issue in 4.0.1
