Volta Line Too Low For Higher Notes
[An incorrect draft of this inquiry, containing a large error, may have been posted - if it shows up, please ignore it. Sorry.] My score has a Volta Line Number "1", which is lower than, or bisects, some of the high ledger lines in the treble clef. The Volta Line bisects the third ledger line "E", which I believe is referred to as E6. It therefore appears lower than, or bisects, some of the notes, the highest one being the fourth ledger line "G". I can't seem to raise the Volta Line so as to cover those notes. Also, the "8va" mark appears at the same level as the Volta Line, so I can't simply enter the notes one octave lower and go that route. Is there a way to fix this? (The second Volta Line, Number "2", does not have this problem and does not need to be raised or otherwise fixed - what is your opinions as to whether I should raise it also, to the same height as Volta Line Number One, or leave it as is at its original height?) Thanks.

select the volta and move it up using Inspector's vertical Offset.
If they appear next to one another (rather than being separated by a system break), IMHO it looks better to have both on the same height.
If you want all voltas higher, check https://musescore.org/en/handbook/layout-and-formatting#style-edit-gene…
You can move the entire volta by clicking it and opening the inspector (F8 opens it). If you make the vertical offset negative it will move up. Either type -3 (or another negative number) or click the down arrow next to the number.
