What are "the ciphers"? If that is some specific instrument, it is not part of MuseScore's default instruments, so you would need to choose the closest instrument and it will use that sound instead. If you just mean, does it play back your music in general, then the answer is yes.
Ah. In that case, no, we do not provide any sort of automatic chord-symbol-playing mechanism. You need to enter the actual notes you want played if you wish to hear chords played (you can make the staff invisible if you like).

Cipher(s) means Chord Symbols in some languages.
