Copy and Paste causes crash

Not all copy & paste operations cause a crash, but I am attaching a file in which the crash is easily recreatable.

Nightly 2012-09-15, Windows XP SP3

In the attached file, copy measure 20 ("golden yel-low") and paste it into measure 42, where the phrase will be repeated near the end of the song. I think the crash also happens with measures 21 or 22.

On an unrelated note, and I'n not sure if it is me, or a bug, or something else, I couldn't get the prima volta at measure 30 to extend using shift-right arrow or anything else I found.
