In this example, some system brackets collide with clefs - particularly Backing Vocals and Acoustic Guitar 4.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (21bc44c) - Mac 10.7.5.
I think it's better, but the tail bits still seem to poke in too much.
EDIT: Compare MuseScore (attached) with LilyPond .

Its a style parameter, can you suggest a proper default?
I don't really understand it properly, nor am I an expert - could you take the score ('System Bracket colliding with clef'), change settings (in 'Edit>General'?) in MuseScore to match LilyPond's and upload it?
I wonder if the tail part (my main concern, perhaps?) should not intrude in the space of the treble clef?
Maybe the tail is too long?
Here is a side by side comparison. Left Lilypond, right MuseScore
I guess the top tail should be a little bit higher and the bottom one a bit lower. And so the line should be longer. The tail also look a bit smaller in lilypond.
In lilypond, the thickness seems to be 0.45 and the distance 0.8. http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.17/Documentation/internals/systemstartbracket
According to this I would say, the tails are shifted by 0.1*thickness only.
Which is which in that comparison?
I wonder if the vertical line in the system bracket should be longer - the corner (or rather, the horizontal line?) of the group bracket doesn't clear the final stave line.
Now fixed
