Clef disappears in Parts
- Create a score with 3 flutes
- Go to File -> Parts -> New All -> Create all
Each part is missing the starting G clef.
Note: Save and open again and the clef are there.

Marked #18429: Clefs missing in part and #18430: Clefs missing from treble stave of instrument in part as duplicate of this bug.
The bug can be reproduce with an existing 1.2 file and with only extracting one part.
I cannot reproduce this anymore, seems to be fixed.
