Cross staff beaming causes messed up layout of chords with seconds.

Related issue: #18943: Request for implementation of optical spacing
I can't reproduce with the given example. I made a bunch of fixes recently that relate to handling of seconds, but I won't swear that cross-staff cases are always handled correctly. I welcome any testing people can do.
Guess it is time to mark this fixed?
Between my changes to layout a few months ago and Werner's recent fixes for cross-staff beaming, seems safe to consider this fixed. I tried again just now, the and the example shown works fine.
