Apply button in "Measure Properties" not working as expected

1. Fill a measure with notes.
2. Right click on the measure and select "Measure Properties…".
3. Check "Stemless" then "Apply"
Result: As expected, only the noteheads remain.
4. Uncheck "Stemless" and press "Apply" again.
Result: Nothing happens. You have to click "OK" to see the stems.
