Staff properties "stemless" option faulty

1. Right click on empty part of staff and select "Staff Properties"
2. Add a checkmark next to "Stemless"
3. Press "OK"

Expected result: All stems are removed from the notes on the specified staff

Actual result: Stems remain and nothing changes

Workaround: In step 2 add a check mark next to "Stemless" and "Small" and both will take effect when you press "OK". Go back to Staff Properties and remove the checkmark next to "Small" and you end up with stemless notes and a normal staff size.
