End bar dissapears when deleting last measure
It should just move to the previous measure upon deletion, because the score has to end, it can't just be a normal measure at the end without an end bar.
This is the standard behavior in Sibelius and Finale upon deleting the last measure.

Just for completness: 1.2 does the same thing (so we're not looking at a regression here)
Actually 1.2 keeps the last barline, it looks like a regression. In the same area, see #17734: First measure pastes with courtesy clef for the first measure.

Actually select the last measure only and deleting it doesn't remove the last barline. You need to select a measure before and the last barline for example. This bug report describe the problem better #19252: Selecting and deleting up to the antepenultimate measure loses final barline
