Removing and adding linked staff and creating score causes crash

1. During score creation, add instrument.
2. Click stave.
3. 'Add Linked Staff'.
4. Remove the linked staff.
5. Click stave.
6. 'Add Linked Staff'.
7. 'Finish'.

Result: Crash.
