Elements of instruments added after creation not positioned correctly
1. Create Tambourine score.
2. 'Instruments'.
3. Add Piano.
4. 'OK'.
Result: Time signature of the piano isn't correctly positioned.
3. Add Tambourine.
4. 'OK'.
Result: Bar line is too short.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (41fb8bc) - Mac 10.7.5.

This does not only apply to tambourine but all single line staffs. Both issues above are fixed in this pull request: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/168
I think I had an idea it wouldn't just affect the tambourine, but I probably should have said that :).

What part is not fixed? On my system (Ubuntu 12.04) both issues are eliminated with the patch.

Here are new PDFs - the time signature issue is fixed, but system bar line for the tambourine is too short.

I assumed that the first barline (the one to the left of the key) should be shorter than the rest, but after some googling is seems that it shouldn't. Do you agree?
