Download page suggestion: release notes and release date

Any objection to adding
a) link to the release notes for the latest version.
b) release date, e.g. someone not familiar with the versions, may look at the date and know that they are current if they downloaded a version in the past 6 months.

Suggestion: Below Latest stable version is 2.0.3, or below the OS pictures
