Page breaks should apply to vertical frames
Page breaks should apply to vertical frames, just like page- and line breaks apply to horizonntal frames, just that line breakes on a vertical from don't make sense really. Page breaks do make sense on vertical frames though...
Currently the only way to force a page brake after a vertical frame is to increase that frame until the page becomes full.
Tested with 1.3 and 4f5befc.

Oops, seems to be fixed, probably since rather long, at least in cbd68b8, not sure what I tested the other day?
