Score containing no measure causes crash, 6f98791, Win XPpro SP3
See also #16708: Opening Page Settings with score featuring PNG causes crash (solved?), #16 and #17.
Sample file attached (which is supposed to be a cover sheet for a larger collection), but I think the same would be true for every template file (that doesn't have any measures left), which is legal (at least was in 1.x).

Just making the title more descriptive.
Files with no measures created in 2.0 Nightly are loaded properly.

Creating a cover with MuseScore is certainly possible... but there are probably better tool to do so... a bit like hammering a nail with a banana...

But you can use any DTP software to create a PDF cover and join it with the big PDF produced by MuseScore. Or even do the merging in the DTP software.
