Glissando not angled between notes with the same pitch letter
1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
Result: The glissando line between the two notes is straight.
Discussion: Elaine Gould makes a recommendation in page 142 of 'Behind Bars': "Angle a glissando line in the direction of the raised or lower pitch, in order to illustrate the progression of the slide".
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (46aafeb) - Mac 10.7.5.

Do you have an example score where this is present or output from lilypond?
A little tweeking resulted in

Before I posted the issue, I checked LilyPond and it's the same as MuseScore.
