Staff type in Instruments doesn't appear if not in view initially

1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. 'Instruments...'.
3. Scroll to the 'Staff types' column.

Result: Entries for 'Staff types' don't appear.

4. 'Cancel'.
5. 'Instruments...'.

Result: Entries for 'Staff types' appear.

Note: The entries for 'Staff types' won't appear unless the column is in view when 'Instruments...' is opened.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (b61faaf) - Mac 10.7.5.
