[MusicXML] Notes are missing

1. Open attached mscz (produced in 1.3).
2. 'Export...'.
3. Choose 'MusicXML'.
4. 'Save'.
5. Open MusicXML.

Result: The notes have disappeared, leaving just rests that are invisible.

Note: I have also attached the exported MusicXML. It's not just MusicXML exported from this nightly and not all will have full rests (e.g. two halfs instead) or be invisible. The notes will appear if opened in 1.3.
