Reducing the size of the grace note (in the attached case 45%) almost makes the ledger line disappear. It appears that the ledger line has reduced in length greater than the reduction in grace note, however it's thickness remains the same. For it to appear correct, the width of the ledger line should be wider and appear extending both sides of the note, and the thickness thinner to allow the while note to be seen.
