Removing drums from MIDI import process causes crash
1. Open attached MIDI.
2. Untick the 'Grand Piano' (i.e. 'Drums') at the bottom.
3. 'Apply'.
Result: Crash.

I'm not sure if the report accurately summarises the issue?
It seems fixed now.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (e56b82d) - Mac 10.7.5.
