Not saving a score with multiple ties causes crash
1. Open attached score.
2. Click on last A in bar 1.
3. Enable 'Note Entry'.
4. Shift and Tie.
5. Shift and Tie.
6. 'Close'.
7. 'Don't Save'.
Result: Crash.

I doubt this correctly summarises the bug - hopefully, someone can correct it :).
I think in trying to reproduce the original bug, I encountered this - not reproducible so far, though. I think these were the steps, but with a score not as edited as the one above:
2. Click on last A in bar 1.
3. Enable 'Note Entry'.
4. Shift and Tie.
5. Disable 'Note Entry'.
Result: Crash.
Note: See attached log - I'm not sure if it's a fault of MuseScore?

Although the original issue is fixed, I just encountered the crash in #2.
I'm not able to reproduce at the moment, though.

Are you sure it's exactly the same? do you have the log?
