Default palette width too small

The default width for the side palettes is too small to read many of the titles (screenshot attached). Also it is too small to display many of the palettes (for example the Key Signature palette appears blank at this size). A user's first run of MuseScore should be immediately usable without needing to customize palette widths, etc.

(On a side note the "MuseScore Connect" panel is too wide. Notice the excess white space on the right hand side).
