1. Open attached MIDI (produced in 1.3).
2. Apply 9/8 to bar 2.
3. Apply 3/4 to bar 1.

Result: Bars 2 and 3 have a nominal and actual value of 3/4, despite being 9/8.

Could you try to create in 1.3 the score you see when you import the MIDI file in 2.0? And then open this score and do the steps you describe? if it doesn't work in the same way, it would rule out the MIDI import.

I did think about this, but wasn't sure how to produce one.

Yes, opening the attached score (produced in 1.3) and doing steps 2-3, it seems it's not limited to MIDI.

I hope the title is better?
