Missing instrument name when adding an instrument to a one instrument score
When adding an instrument to a score that only has one instrument, no instrument name is given to that original staff.
Steps to reproduce :
- Open MuseScore
- The default score "Bilder einer Ausstellung" should be there
- Insert a new instrument to that score (ie. Accordion)
- The instrument name is empty for the first staffs

That's right, after reading the discussion of that other issue, it is related.
