Where should we look exactly?
Here's a reference of the top-right corner:
I get this. My score was imported from 2.1. It only applies to the system that ends with a repeat barline. I tried resetting the barline to an ordinary single line, which made the protrusions disappear, but as soon as I put an end-repeat back the stave protruded. I selected the barline and shfted it's X position to -0.07, which had a surprising effect: all the other non-selected bar lines of the bar in question moved right to what looked like the correct position. The selected barline remained with the protrusions in place. I can't reproduce the line protrusions with a fresh 3.0.5 score. But when selecting the end barline of the 1st stave of the 1st system, if I alter the X-position, the lower end barlines of the lower staves move in the opposite direction. It make no difference whether automatic placement is selected or not.
This is probably not actually related. Is the staff in question by chance set to "small", or otherwise use staff-specific scaling? If so, see #277039: small staves incorrect bar lines. If not, can you please attach your score so we can understand better?
