Deletion of a palette leads to crash after reload the program

Current 3.0 dev. 72e1501 / Windows 10

- To be sure that nothing interfere in the process, first make a Revert to Factory Settings with the current nightly above.

Then, steps:

1) Default "Untitled score"
2) From Advanced workspace -> Create a Custom workspace -> OK
3) Enable editing of the palettes -> Delete a palette that you never use (eg, bagpipes embellishments for me) -> Confirm "Yes"
4) Ctrl + Q
5) Reload the program
6) After closing the Start center windows -> Do again: Ctrl + Q

Result: crash
