Cannot flip direction of beamed notes if even number of notes selected
1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Click on bar, or 'Select All'.
3. 'Flip direction'.
Result: Nothing happens.
Workaround: Click a notehead at step 2.

As I say, it's It's kind-of sort-of by design - you've selected an even number of notes, and it's like you've X on each of them, thus returning to the original state. With an odd number of notes, you'd end up flipped.
