1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Right-click the anacrusis.
3. 'Measure Properties...'.
4. Change 'actual' to 4/4.
5. 'OK'.

Expected result: Eighth and half rests.

Workaround: Click the rest and change the value.
