Perforated line anchors to wrong position when moving object from Lines that crosses systems

I don't know if it belongs here, but there are other problems with the anchor.

Here is one I was able to reproduce:

1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Drag text line from palette to first note.
3. Drag it upwards, away from stave.
4. Double-click it.
5. Click on the third box.

Result: The hairpin is too far from the note.

Workaround:

6. Hold shift until after step 8.
7. 'Left' (on keyboard).
8. 'Right'.

Result:

I can't reproduce.
